Japanese design has never ceased to amaze me. Their appreciation of materials and presentation is truly exemplified in this Hirsaki Knife Box by Keiji Design. The gorgeous case houses knives that have a 1,000 year old history, and the paulownia wood highlights the beauty of the knives whilst offering protection from moisture and damage to the steel edge.
