Designed by FreelandBuck, Earl's Gourmet Grub is an artisanal deli and gourmet market in Los Angeles with "a contemporary architectural identity but one that evoke[s] the rustic or alpine qualities of the fresh ingredients used in the food." The architectural details - the undulating wood beams, swooping light "scoops" and pixelated display wall - are beautiful, abstract representations of a mountainous landscape created by a computational filter, blending technology, architecture and landscape.
